The Palacial chandelier pairs sparkling prismatic K9 crystal with a clean, structured oil-rubbed bronze frame for a look that is both polished and dramatic. Beneath a crisp bronze crown, cascading tiers of clear crystal taper downward, amplifying the glow of every candelabra light with depth and brilliance.

At 20" wide and 21" tall with five lights, it brings true chandelier sparkle to a breakfast nook, entry, powder room, or bedroom without overwhelming the space.At 24" wide and 22" tall with six lights, it brings true chandelier presence to a dining nook, breakfast area, entry, or bedroom without overwhelming the room. When will my order arrive?

Usually ships in 1–2 business days.

This piece usually ships within 1–2 business days of your order. Transit time depends on the carrier and the distance to your address, and most orders arrive a few days after they ship.

These are estimates. Freight and supplier-direct shipments, remote destinations, weather, and busy seasons can add time. We will email tracking once your order leaves the warehouse.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, within the contiguous U.S.

Yes. Complimentary standard shipping is included on eligible orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. boxes, or international addresses.

How is large furniture delivered?

By freight, to your curb.

Large or heavy pieces ship by freight with standard curbside delivery. The carrier brings the packaged item to the curb, the end of the driveway, or another accessible point at your address.

Curbside delivery does not include bringing the item inside, carrying it upstairs, assembly, or packaging removal.
The freight carrier will usually contact you to schedule an appointment.
An adult may need to be present at the scheduled time.

Standard curbside delivery is currently our only delivery option. In-home placement, threshold, and white-glove services are not included.

Can I return this item?

Yes, within 30 days.

Yes. You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. To qualify, the item must be:

new, unused, unassembled, and unmodified;
complete with all original parts, hardware, and accessories; and
securely packed in its original packaging.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply, and the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted. Returns must be authorized in writing before anything is sent back.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Tell us, ideally within 24 hours.

If anything arrives damaged, please:

Inspect the packaging at delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier's receipt before signing.
Unbox and fully inspect your item within 5 days of delivery, even if the box looks fine, and report any hidden damage within that time.
Take clear photos of the packaging, labels, delivery paperwork, and item.
Keep all packaging.

After review, the remedy may include replacement parts, repair, replacement, or a partial or full refund. We cover approved shipping costs for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items. Please don't refuse a delivery only because the box looks damaged. Document it and contact us instead.

Can I pay over time?

Call (402) 249-0771 or email support@faithfullfurnishings.com as soon as possible with your order number. Cancellation is free if we receive and approve it before the order is submitted to our supplier for processing. Once an order ships, it cannot be canceled.

Will the color look exactly like the photos?

As closely as screens allow.

We photograph and describe each piece as accurately as we can, but colors and finishes can look different depending on your screen and lighting. Natural variations in grain, tone, texture, and stitching are normal and are not defects.
