If no specific shipping timeframe is provided, we will make reasonable efforts to ship within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Furniture and large home goods may ship through parcel carriers, freight carriers, local delivery providers, third-party logistics companies, supplier-direct shipping, or manufacturer-direct shipping. Delivery methods may vary by product, supplier, destination, and carrier availability.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, freight carriers, suppliers, manufacturers, customs, weather, labor issues, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, inaccessible delivery locations, high-volume seasons, or other events outside our reasonable control.

If we become aware that your order cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, we will provide the notice and options required by applicable law. These options may include asking for your consent to a revised shipment date or allowing you to cancel the affected order for a prompt refund. We will not substitute a materially different product without your express agreement.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, losses, failed deliveries, additional fees, or returned shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible shipping information provided by you.

You are responsible for ensuring that the product can be delivered to your address and can fit through doors, hallways, stairways, elevators, driveways, gates, or other access points. Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery does not include assembly, installation, room-of-choice placement, old furniture removal, packaging removal, or inside delivery.

If a carrier attempts delivery and you are unavailable, refuse delivery without valid cause, provide an incorrect address, or fail to schedule a required delivery appointment, you may be responsible for additional storage fees, redelivery fees, return freight charges, or other carrier-imposed costs.

If your product arrives damaged, missing parts, or with visible shipping issues, you must contact us promptly and provide photos, videos, packaging images, shipping labels, delivery paperwork, and any other reasonably requested evidence so that we can review the issue.

For freight deliveries, you should inspect the packaging and product upon delivery when possible. If there is visible damage, you should note the damage with the carrier before accepting or signing for the delivery, take clear photos, keep the packaging, and contact us promptly.

Section 6 — Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Damaged Items

Returns, refunds, cancellations, exchanges, damaged items, defective items, missing parts, and order issues are governed by our Refund Policy.

Because furniture and large home goods may involve supplier processing, freight shipping, packaging costs, and handling costs, certain items may be subject to return restrictions, restocking fees, return shipping fees, or final sale terms, as described in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to request photos, videos, proof of damage, proof of defect, packaging images, carrier documents, or other evidence before approving a refund, replacement, return, or exchange.
