Yes. Complimentary standard shipping is included on eligible orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. boxes, or international addresses.

Large or heavy pieces ship by freight with standard curbside delivery. The carrier brings the packaged item to the curb, the end of the driveway, or another accessible point at your address.

• Curbside delivery does not include bringing the item inside, carrying it upstairs, assembly, or packaging removal;
• The freight carrier will usually contact you to schedule an appointment; and
• An adult may need to be present at the scheduled time.

Standard curbside delivery is currently our only delivery option. In-home placement, threshold, and white-glove services are not included.

Yes. You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. To qualify, the item must be:

• new, unused, unassembled, and unmodified;
• complete with all original parts, hardware, and accessories; and
• securely packed in its original packaging.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply, and the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted. Returns must be authorized in writing before anything is sent back.

We will make it right. Please:

• inspect the packaging at delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier's receipt before signing;
• unbox and fully inspect your item within 5 days of delivery, even if the box looks fine, and report any hidden damage within that time;
• take clear photos of the packaging, labels, delivery paperwork, and item;
• keep all packaging; and
• contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery, at support@faithfullfurnishings.com or (402) 249-0771.

After review, the remedy may include replacement parts, repair, replacement, or a partial or full refund. We cover approved shipping costs for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items. Please don't refuse a delivery only because the box looks damaged. Document it and contact us instead.

Some pieces include a manufacturer warranty. Coverage and duration vary by manufacturer and product. Any available warranty information is shown on the product page, included with the product, or provided on request.

Call (402) 249-0771 or email support@faithfullfurnishings.com as soon as possible with your order number. Cancellation is free if we receive and approve it before the order is submitted to our supplier for processing. Once an order ships, it cannot be canceled.

We photograph and describe each piece as accurately as we can, but colors and finishes can look different depending on your screen and lighting. Natural variations in grain, tone, texture, and stitching are normal and are not defects.
