Description

The Antoinette Daybed, in Natural Linen on Natural or Grey Oak.

The Antoinette Daybed brings the poise of a Louis XVI lit de repos into the home. Two upholstered ends rise in gentle arches between fluted posts topped with turned finials, and the whole frame rests on fluted, tapered legs with carved rosettes at each corner.

It is offered in Natural Linen on two frames: Natural Oak, which shows the warmth of the grain, or Grey Oak, a softly weathered grey finish. The linen covers both ends, the long seat cushion and a pair of bolster pillows, and sits easily beside ivory boiserie, gilded mirrors and antique wood.

With a seat that is comfortable from either side, it serves as a sofa in a drawing room, a reading bench at the foot of a bed, or a place to rest in a library or a guest room. At 71 inches wide, it suits an entrance hall, a bay window or a bedroom.

When will my order arrive?

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard transit is typically 5–7 business days after shipment, for a typical total of about 6–10 business days from the date you order.

These are estimates. Freight and supplier-direct shipments, remote destinations, weather, and busy seasons can add time. We will email tracking once your order leaves the warehouse.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, within the contiguous U.S.

Yes. Complimentary standard shipping is included on eligible orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. boxes, or international addresses.

How is large furniture delivered?

By freight, to your curb.

Large or heavy pieces ship by freight with standard curbside delivery. The carrier brings the packaged item to the curb, the end of the driveway, or another accessible point at your address.

Curbside delivery does not include bringing the item inside, carrying it upstairs, assembly, or packaging removal.
The freight carrier will usually contact you to schedule an appointment.
An adult may need to be present at the scheduled time.

Standard curbside delivery is currently our only delivery option. In-home placement, threshold, and white-glove services are not included.

Can I return this item?

Yes, within 30 days.

Yes. You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. To qualify, the item must be:

new, unused, unassembled, and unmodified;
complete with all original parts, hardware, and accessories; and
securely packed in its original packaging.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply, and the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted. Returns must be authorized in writing before anything is sent back.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Tell us, ideally within 24 hours.

If anything arrives damaged, please:

Inspect the packaging at delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier's receipt before signing.
Unbox and fully inspect your item within 5 days of delivery, even if the box looks fine, and report any hidden damage within that time.
Take clear photos of the packaging, labels, delivery paperwork, and item.
Keep all packaging.

After review, the remedy may include replacement parts, repair, replacement, or a partial or full refund. We cover approved shipping costs for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items. Please don't refuse a delivery only because the box looks damaged. Document it and contact us instead.

Can I pay over time?

Yes, in installments.

Does it come with a warranty?

Will the color look exactly like the photos?

As closely as screens allow.

We photograph and describe each piece as accurately as we can, but colors and finishes can look different depending on your screen and lighting. Natural variations in grain, tone, texture, and stitching are normal and are not defects.
