A Louis XVI Sofa with a Button-Tufted Back.

The Louis Tufted-Back Sofa is the tufted companion to our Louis Sofa, built on the same classical Louis XVI frame. A squared back, gently curved arms with padded arm rests and carved rosettes at every corner follow the disciplined lines of an eighteenth-century French salon, carried on turned, fluted legs in solid oak.

The tall back is finished with deep diamond button tufting, giving the silhouette a tailored, formal character. It is offered in two pairings: Soft French Gray Linen on a limed grey oak frame, or Soft Off-White Cotton on a natural oak frame. Both cover the back, arms and two loose seat cushions, each edged in fine piping.

Seat cushions of medium-density foam wrapped in feather keep a full, tailored shape for hosting and long conversations. At 70 inches wide, it suits a drawing room, a library or a formal sitting room, alone as a centerpiece or paired with the smooth-backed Louis Sofa.

Classical Louis XVI lines, finished with a deep button-tufted back.

Returns

Within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original condition. A 25% restocking fee applies, return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping is not refunded.

When will my order arrive?

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard transit is typically 5–7 business days after shipment, for a typical total of about 6–10 business days from the date you order.

These are estimates. Freight and supplier-direct shipments, remote destinations, weather, and busy seasons can add time. We will email tracking once your order leaves the warehouse.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, within the contiguous U.S.

Yes. Complimentary standard shipping is included on eligible orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. boxes, or international addresses.

How is large furniture delivered?

By freight, to your curb.

Large or heavy pieces ship by freight with standard curbside delivery. The carrier brings the packaged item to the curb, the end of the driveway, or another accessible point at your address.

Curbside delivery does not include bringing the item inside, carrying it upstairs, assembly, or packaging removal.
The freight carrier will usually contact you to schedule an appointment.
An adult may need to be present at the scheduled time.

Standard curbside delivery is currently our only delivery option. In-home placement, threshold, and white-glove services are not included.

Will it fit in my home?

Can I return this item?

Yes, within 30 days.

Yes. You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. To qualify, the item must be:

new, unused, unassembled, and unmodified;
complete with all original parts, hardware, and accessories; and
securely packed in its original packaging.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply, and the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted. Returns must be authorized in writing before anything is sent back.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Tell us, ideally within 24 hours.

If anything arrives damaged, please:

Inspect the packaging at delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier's receipt before signing.
Unbox and fully inspect your item within 5 days of delivery, even if the box looks fine, and report any hidden damage within that time.
Take clear photos of the packaging, labels, delivery paperwork, and item.
Keep all packaging.

After review, the remedy may include replacement parts, repair, replacement, or a partial or full refund. We cover approved shipping costs for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items. Please don't refuse a delivery only because the box looks damaged. Document it and contact us instead.

Can I pay over time?

Yes, in installments.

Does it come with a warranty?

Call (402) 249-0771 or email support@faithfullfurnishings.com as soon as possible with your order number. Cancellation is free if we receive and approve it before the order is submitted to our supplier for processing. Once an order ships, it cannot be canceled.

Will the color look exactly like the photos?

As closely as screens allow.

We photograph and describe each piece as accurately as we can, but colors and finishes can look different depending on your screen and lighting. Natural variations in grain, tone, texture, and stitching are normal and are not defects.
