Description

A Gilded Louis XVI Side Table, Softly Antiqued.

The Burkett Side Table brings the gilded refinement of a Louis XVI salon to a sitting room, bedroom or hall. Its shaped rectangular top rests on a moulded apron with carved rosette corner blocks, carried on four fluted, tapered legs joined by an H-shaped stretcher.

Crafted from solid pine, the table is finished in a softly antiqued gilding that lets gentle wear and shadow gather in the carving, so the gold reads as warm and aged rather than bright. Every fluted leg, rosette and moulding catches the light in turn.

At 27 inches wide, 20.25 inches deep and 30.25 inches high, with 29.25 inches from apron to floor, it stands beside a bergère or sofa to hold a lamp, a book and a glass, or pairs at either end of a settee as a composed and elegant accent.

How is large furniture delivered?

By freight, to your curb.

Large or heavy pieces ship by freight with standard curbside delivery. The carrier brings the packaged item to the curb, the end of the driveway, or another accessible point at your address.

Curbside delivery does not include bringing the item inside, carrying it upstairs, assembly, or packaging removal.
